Overview: This website is operated entirely by Nour Al Haddad. The terms "we," "us," and "our" on this website refer to Nour Al Haddad. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available to you as a user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here, in accordance with e-commerce regulations.

Section 1 – Online store terms: By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are of legal age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time in accordance with applicable regulations.

Section 2 – Strict cancellation policy (immediate logistics process): To guarantee the fastest possible shipping service for our customers, Nour Al Haddad uses an automated logistics system connected directly to our global distribution centers. As soon as payment is completed, your order is sent immediately to our processing facilities. Accordingly, orders cannot be canceled or modified unless a written cancellation request is received by email at info@nouralhaddad.com within only 60 minutes of completing the purchase. After 60 minutes, the order is legally and logistically considered "in processing and shipping" and cannot be stopped.

Section 3 – Products and health restrictions (returns policy): Due to the nature of jewelry and personal accessories, and in line with public health and safety regulations, we apply strict restrictions on returns. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any product that has been opened or whose original packaging seal has been removed, in order to guarantee the highest hygiene standards for all of our customers. Where a return is permitted (for reasons other than manufacturing defects), the customer bears all shipping and return costs to our global warehouses.

Section 4 – Accuracy of billing and account information: We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Section 5 – Disclaimer for external delays: We are not responsible for any delivery delays resulting from customs clearance procedures or any force majeure circumstances beyond our control once the shipment has left our global distribution centers.

Section 6 – Governing law: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the regulations and legislation determined by Nour Al Haddad's management for the resolution of commercial disputes.
