1. Processing time: To provide the highest quality standards, all orders go through a processing and preparation period of 2 to 5 business days before they are shipped. Please note that "processing time" is completely separate from "shipping time." Once payment is verified and the order is prepared, it is sent immediately from our global distribution centers in Asia.

2. Shipping time: After the processing period ends, the order is handed over to the shipping carriers. Actual shipping times vary depending on the destination within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the carriers' logistics conditions. These time frames are estimates and not a firm guarantee, as they depend on the speed of local distribution.

3. Origin and global distribution centers: To ensure the best value and an exclusive selection for our customers, our products are shipped directly from our international warehouses and global distribution centers located in Asia.

4. Customs clearance and delays beyond our control: Once the shipment arrives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. Nour Al Haddad is in no way responsible for any delays, fees, or additional taxes imposed by local customs, and such delays are not a legal justification for canceling the order or requesting a refund after it has shipped.

5. Shipping address accuracy: The customer is fully responsible for making sure the shipping address and phone number are entered correctly and completely. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information, and no compensation or refund will be issued in these cases.

6. Unclaimed or refused packages: If the customer refuses to accept the package upon delivery, or cannot receive it due to repeated absence or an address error, the package will be returned to its origin (our warehouses in Asia). In this case, the customer will bear all original shipping costs plus international return costs, which will be deducted from any amount that may be refunded (if any, and according to our refund policy).
